Across 7 days, we fed 2,200 artists and management team members at this Phish festival in Dover, DE. An event that runs smoothly, focuses on delicious food, and impresses artists requires high-end decor, fine dining-worthy menus, and smooth logistics—all three of which we pulled off without a hitch.
