It all started when a certain popstar was headlining across the nation and got tired of feeding her crew food that tastes like cardboard.
And cold pizza and a can of soda doesn’t exactly scream ‘proper nutrition for a hard day’s work.’
Paul was already the personal chef to U2, proving how nutrient-dense (and delicious) food can fuel even the most demanding schedules. And Jessica had years of experience pulling off events across the world ON TOUR WITH ROCKSTARS HANDLING THE most complicated logistics (she once planned an event in Helsinki for thousands… overnight).
So when the husband-and-wife duo got a call to up the ante on backstage buffets for the CONCERTS AND STADIUMS SHOWS COMING THROUGH SEATTLE, they BOUGHT THEIR FIRST RIG WITH $5K AND STARTED CATERING SHOWS OUT OF THEIR GARAGE not looking back since.
It takes a lot of hours and effort to make an event go off without a hitch.

HERE’S HOW WE GOT OURS
Paul, an Aussie with a borderline-obsessive passion for horse racing, wanted to pay homage to one of the greatest Australian thoroughbreds of all time—Black Caviar. But while naming your company after a legendary racehorse is one thing, we took it up a notch, naming our two sons after Melbourne Cup-winning horses, too. Undefeated in 25 races, Black Caviar embodies everything we stand for: speed, precision, and a little bit of flair. And let’s be real: any company that names their kids after winning horses is bound to bring some winning spirit to the table.
